Has your iPhone slipped off your hand while you are digging in your pockets for the keys, dropped your device in the toilet or thrown your phone in the washing machine? Then you’re part of the 51% of iPhone owners who are accident-prone at home.

The most common iPhone danger zones are the kitchen, living room, bathroom, driveway and bedroom, according to SquareTrade Survey. Apparently your iPhone is safe in your attic or laundry room!!

It is estimated that people have spent more than $8.9 billion on broken iPhone damages since the debut of Apple’s smartphone in 2007. In the last year, a recent study by SquareTrade also shows 30% of iPhones have incurred damage. Accidents happen at a rate 10 times higher than loss or theft.
